Silverwood

Far from horizons azure,
In all its majestic grandeur;
Below many a grey cloud,
Beneath everlasting shroud
Sits the moon's silvery forest.

Its leaves are made of moonlight,
And shimmer in the pure night;
Presiding over meadows,
Banishing all the shadows,
Throughout the moon's gilded forest.

Creatures go to and fro,
Moving high and moving low;
Each with coats of silver furs,
Shining scales, and bright feathers
Within the moon's treasured forest

Here the silver flowers grow,
In the glimmering glades they glow;
Where the silver trees have stood,
in what's know as Silverwood~
The moon's mysterious forest.
